2、撤除與電動機銜接的一切接線，用絕緣電阻表丈量繞組對機座的絕緣電阻。若小于0．5MΩ時，應(yīng)停止烘干處置，丈量合格后再將撤除的接線恢復(fù)。
2. Remove all connections connected with the motor and measure the insulation resistance of the winding to the base with an insulating resistance meter. If less than 0.5M, the drying should be stopped and the wiring removed should be restored after qualified measurement.
3、檢查涼茬機換向器的外表能否光亮，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有機械損傷或火花灼痕應(yīng)停止必要的處置。

4、檢查電刷能否嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞，刷架的壓力能否恰當(dāng)，刷架的位置能否位于標(biāo)志的位置。

5、依據(jù)涼茬機電動機銘牌檢查直流電動機各繞組之間的接線方式能否正確，電動機額定電壓與電源電壓能否相符，電動機的起動設(shè)備能否契合請求，能否完好無損。
