經(jīng)過控制落料斗的寬度以及高度使得到達工作層厚度的要求，酒醅在落到鏈板式輸送帶后經(jīng)過主動電機帶動鏈輪使得酒醅向前傳送，在傳送過程中不斷用風(fēng)機對酒醅進行降溫，在降工藝溫度后加曲機開端加曲之后拌和，再用風(fēng)機進行降溫直到工藝要求的發(fā)酵溫度，之后酒醅經(jīng)過接料斗轉(zhuǎn)移窖池進行酵。
